I’m Felicia, co-founder of Let's Get Weird, a brand & culture strategy studio created to defy convention. I'm a design strategist with a specialty in branding and visual design.
I am the former Creative Director of West, a venture studio where I focused on the intersection between design and strategy for studio and portfolio companies. I specialize in creating design systems that communicate, support, and align with business needs while meeting high-caliber design aesthetics. I truly believe in the value of design as a communication tool to help founders share their unique vision with the world.
My endless curiosity of the ever-evolving business landscape, along with my love for strategy and design thinking, led me to complete an MBA in Design Strategy at California College of the Arts in San Francisco. Currently I’m an instructor of Brand Strategy at Parsons The New School.
I reside in Brooklyn and make frequent trips to the Bay Area, my home away from home.
